Shipping Policy

We offer FREE SHIPPING across India on both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, irrespective of the number of items purchased.

1. Both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) payment options are available.
2. There are no additional shipping charges on Prepaid or COD orders.
3. Orders are generally delivered within 5 to 6 working days, unless otherwise specifically mentioned on the respective product page.
4. All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by you at the time of placing the order.
5. If you need to modify your delivery address or order details, please email us at Minster.beauty@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order. Requests received after this period may not be possible to process once the order has entered processing or dispatch.
6. Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
